Running is Always Free!
You never need to become a member to participate in our regular runs. All of our weekly runs (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) are completely free and open to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community and allies. Just show up and run!
No membership required. No commitment. Come as often or as little as you like.

While membership is optional, it helps support the club and comes with some great benefits. Your membership dues help us organize events, maintain our online presence, and support the broader International Front Runners network.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a member to run with the group?
No! Our regular runs and happy hours are always free and open to everyone. Membership is completely optional and helps support the club's activities.
What does my membership fee go toward?
Membership fees help cover swag like shirts and singlets, social event costs, club supplies, our presence at Pride and other community events, website hosting, and International Front Runners dues.
Can I join if I'm not LGBTQ+?
Absolutely! We welcome allies. Our club is open to everyone who supports an inclusive and welcoming running community.
How do I renew my membership?
Memberships are valid for the 12 month membership year from July through June. Each July 1st, the membership year changes over to the new one.
I became a member after the shirt/single order. Do I still get one?
When ordering shirts and singlets, we always order a few extra in every size to try to make sure each person who becomes a member after the order has a good chance fo getting a shirt and singlet. However, we cannot guarantee a specific size.
